Abbott Diabetes Care needed a program that would help to enhance relationships with high-volume diabetes practices that utilize Abbott Diabetes Care blood glucose meters. We developed a unique set of tools with a high-end look and feel that focused primarily on improving the management of patients starting with an Abbott Diabetes Care blood glucose meter. The kit was introduced and subsequently fulfilled in person by an Abbott Diabetes Care professional medical representative.
