Second Year in a Row: Kane and Finkel Voted "Best Place To Work"
SAN FRANCISCO (July 13, 2009)— For the second year in a row, Kane & Finkel Healthcare Communications has been named one of the “Best Places To Work in the Bay Area,” by the San Francisco Business Times.
The award is based on topics such as workplace culture, trust, employee satisfaction, benefits, management styles, and more. It is collected through anonymous employee surveys. At the risk of sounding repetitive to last year, we’re still thrilled that we rank high on the popularity list.
“I think someone’s putting something in the water” says Bob Finkel, Principal and Chief Creative Officer. “We have an unusual blend of talented people that are passionate about their jobs, our clients, and care deeply about each other. We’ve all been in work environments that are callous and mechanical [he won’t name names] and I’m thrilled that our organization is noticeably different.”
Over the occasional dog bark, John Kane adds “There’s a vibe here that’s pretty easy to pick up on. When we bring prospective clients in, they get the sense that everyone wants to be here, wants to work on their brand.” Kane continues, “The enthusiasm in our shop is infectious. So, we’re two for two. Another great year behind us, another great year ahead.”
