Primary Responsibilities:
· Work with dedicated-brand teams to develop the “experience-layer” for our websites, software, animation, and film and video
· Produce sample UI’s for pitch work
· Work extensively with our technical leads to develop designs that are synergistic with the technical layer, and help lead Kane & Finkel and our clients to the cutting-edge
· Work closely with the Director of Interactive Services to develop and enhance interactive content
· Where needed, assist the rest of the creative team in the creation of print and tradeshow materials
Required Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
· a strong understanding of Internet standards (production and promotion)
· an ability to brainstorm on behalf of our clients, within the budgets and timeframes provided
· Previous experience in an interactive agency is strongly preferred
· Exceptional design skills, and an ability to produce more than one compelling design for each architectural plan
· An ability to work comfortably with a wide variety of people (clients, producers, art directors).
· Flexibility and adaptability: Should be able to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply him or herself quickly
· Passionate commitment to the client and to product quality.
· Working knowledge of interactive agency process
· Willingness to have fun, learn, and do great work in a fun and occasionally pressure-steeped environment
Reports to: Director of Interactive Services
